A loud sound of thunder echoed inside the truck is pouring hard everywhere and the truck was on its way to Nibelheim.
Zack:"Man I can't wait to try out this new materia."
Sephiroth: "Heheheheh don't worry kid you'll get your chance."

Cloud sat a few seats away as Sephiroth and Zack chatted back and forth. Cloud was on his first real mission. He was eager to show his superious what he was made of, but also a bit nervous. He was stationed with his idols and he didn't want to make a fool of himself in front of them. Especially Zack. He idolized him most of all.

Zack walked around for a bit and comforted the 2 Shinra guards that were also in the truck. Zack: "Hey you guys doin' alright?" Shinra Guard #2: "A bit woozy but I'll be fine." Cloud (Shinra Guard #1): "Don't worry i'll be fine." Zack: "Hey driver we almost there?" Driver: "Hold your horses we're almost there." Then a loud crash sounded outside. Cloud: "What the hell was that?" Sephiroth: "That must be our monster. Cmon Zack." Cloud just sat there like a rock. Zack: "Well? You coming?" Cloud gave a nod and thought for a moment, his first real battle he was so excited.

Monster: "ROOOOAAAAARRR!!!!!" The monster was gigantic at least over 30 ft tall. Zack: "Hmph that's not so impressive, we drove all the way here for this?" Sephiroth: "Don't let your guard down even if it is easy." Cloud got his gun ready and was ready to fight.

Cloud pilled out of the van and cocked his gun. He let a few shots fly at the beast. "Take it!" He yelled.

Sephiroth: "Wait!" Cloud kept firing at the beast he stopped for a moment until the smoke cleared. No affect. The monster went for Cloud. Monster: "ROOOAAARRRR!" Sephiroth lept in front of the monster and swung his massive sword and killed the monster in a single blow. Zack: "Aww none left for me?" Sephiroth: "Yeah kinda over did it."

Zack: "Don't worry you'll get your chance." Cloud blushed (not as gay!) Cloud: "Thanks and when I do i'll prove to evryone i could become a Soldier just like you guys!" Zack scratched his head and Sephiroth just smiled. They pilled into the truck and Nibelheim was just a few milles away. When they arrived the town was quite and nothing was really going on. Zack: "Hey wake up we're here your hometown."

Cloud looked out the window. Nibelheim sprawle infront of him. "Wow... not much has changed... I wonder..." Just then a girl with long black hair and a cowboy hat stepped from the town gates. "Tifa..." Cloud said under his breath.

Cloud slid into line behind the other soldiers. He hadent seen Tifa in years, and he couldn't think of anything to say to her. He didn't know why he didn't want to talk to her, but...

Zack: "aaaaaahhhhh!" Zack yawned because he was beat from the ride here Sephiroth: "Tomorrow we go on our way to the Mt. Nibelheim Mako Reactor......" Tifa: "It's a long walk so try and get some sleep. I talked to the inn keeper so he'll provide free service for you all." Sephiroth: "Thank you." Zack: " Yeah thanks." Tifa left the company and went home to rest for the day ahead. Sephiroth: "Cloud, Zack what's it like to have a hometown?" Zack: "Hmm? whadya mean?"

Zack started swinging his sword at Cloud Cloud: "waaaaahhhh!Oh yeah take this." Cloud starting shooting Zack with his gun. Zack: "gaaaahhh!!!" Sephiroth: "Heh just like kids." Zack: "Get Sephiroth yah!" They started jokingly attacking Sephiroth. Sephiroth: "Alright guys calm down we got a busy day ahead let's get some rest. If you want you could visit old friends and family but don't come late understand." Both: "Yes sir!"
